Sonder - Imitation

the girl who turns her head around at the cinema is craving to

catch a glimpse of another soul instead of the fictional ones at

the screen & the man who's weeping as he talks on his selfphone

is receiving the news that his wife wants a divorce & your classmate 

is in astonishment because they've got an academic plan set to apply to 

their dream university & your friend has been dnding everyone to find

themselves in their mental crisis & your grandmother cries as she watches

the little baby she once knew grow older as she does too & your neighbor has

been hiding within their house terrified of what is to come if they leave and a

white van shows up & your teacher is teaching during summer school for those

students whose teachers had given up on them & you are lost in your own reality

but all of these lives are co-existing in a brutal welcoming truth that you've forgotten.
